We try to fix something but you can't fix what you can't see

It's the soul that needs the surgery.

What I am trying to say is that lately I feel like we need to be skinnier, taller and so on.

The models in the magazines, the people on tv, everyone around us gets effected.

For example the victoria's secret fashionshow, I love to watch that by the way. But the only thing I heard leading to the event was how the models were starving themselves and working out like crazy to get that body.

Eventhough i get that this is the case before a show like that, but this should not be the norm.

I wish more people would love what they see in the mirror.

You dont have to look like a Victorias secret model to achieve something in life.

Just putting it out there..

All black

I can wear colours, I do wear colour a lot really but there is one shade that makes me feel like me, strong and fierce.

I know that people will agree that that colour is black.

Black is authoritative and powerful, because black can bring up strong emotions, too much can be overwhelming. 

Black represents a lack of color, the primordial void, emptiness. It is a classic color for clothing, possibly because it makes the wearer appear thinner and more sophisticated.

In the west black is seen a colour of mourning and simplicity.

With the Aztec culture black represented war and black obsedian stones were used on the edge of their swords.

But enough with the history lesson we all get the point.

I am just trying to say that everyone has a colour that makes them feel like their on top of the world.

Quality over quality

Today I am trying out something, well new more like old.

My beautifull and amazing camera needs to be fixed and I thought let's do this the way I started, with my iPhone 5.

What do you mean? I can hear you think, well I had al the photo's of this outfitpost taken with my camera.

Ofcourse the quality of the pictures go down but I think of your outfit is sharp and good that shouldn't really matter.

Just another blogpost..

You wouldn't believe but I have another week off, well I have 5 days and then I have to work again on saturday.

Why? You ask because tomorrow is my birthday and I asked for some time off for that.

I have to say I dont really celebrate my birthday that big, its a day where I am getting older I get older everyday so whatever.

About this post btw, I am wearing my favourite shoes ever!! 

They were on the internet I wanted them, then I saw them in store and I bought them that instant.

But hey just look at them and fall in love

Sporty spice

Hi everyone hope you had a great weekend.

I know I did because this is the start of my one week holiday, well from my regular fulltime dayjob not from the blog.

This outfitpost is a little late then you are used to because I had to get ready for my trip to Paris.

So when you are reading this I might already be there, I am so excited.

Baroque

As I am typing this I am very excited for the future.

But I will go on about that later, first this post.

I wanted to do this outfit for a while now I know that its a real hate it or love it kind of look but I adore it.

Kind of sophisticated but a little edge with the denim pants underneath.

And then the shoes, normally the higher the better for me but these kittenheels just got to me somehow.

They really work with this outfit.

Mirror, mirror

So I was walking home one day and just looked up and then I saw that they renovated the bridge on my way home.

It looked absolutely beautifull.

The ugly graffiti painted wall was replaced with mirrored plastic and small lights.

I have taken pictures here before because I like the high next to it.

This is what it first looked like so you can see it is a great improvement.

And I have gained a new location for my shoots.
